Oh Hell — also called Oh Well, Blackout, or Nomination Whist — is a trick-taking card game where the fun is in the bidding: before each round you predict exactly how many tricks you'll win, then try to hit that number on the nose. Bid too high or too low and you score nothing for the round, so every hand is a small gamble as the deal shrinks from many cards down to one.
